KNK Tax Advisory Launches New Training Office with Insightful Open Day on SST & E-Invoicing

On 2nd August 2025, KNK Tax Advisory Services PLT proudly launched its new training office — a dedicated space for learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.

To celebrate, we hosted an Open Day that brought together clients, partners, and professionals for an afternoon of meaningful training, discussions, and exciting interactions — all centred around helping businesses prepare for what’s next.

A Space with Purpose

This new training office is more than just bricks and mortar — it’s part of our commitment to empowering professionals through continuous learning and hands-on guidance. With regular sessions planned moving forward, the space will serve as a hub for:

Session 1: Sales & Service Tax (SST) – Latest Guidelines & Compliance Focus

The first session of the day focused on Sales & Service Tax (SST), with particular emphasis on the latest guidelines recently issued by the authorities.

The session provided:

  • A refresher on SST fundamentals
  • Deep dives into new compliance requirements
  • Sector-specific examples to highlight how these changes affect day-to-day business
  • Practical pointers on documentation, exemptions, and record-keeping

To make the session more interactive, a short quiz session was held at the end — testing participants on key takeaways. Winners walked away with exclusive prizes as a token of appreciation for their attentiveness and participation.

Session 2: E-Invoicing – Readiness & Implementation Strategy

With e-invoicing rolling out in phases, our second session tackled a topic that’s top of mind for many businesses.

The presentation covered:

  • Practical strategies for preparing both systems and teams

Like the earlier session, we wrapped things up with a quiz round to gauge participant comprehension. It wasn’t just informative — it was fun. Lucky winners were awarded small gifts as part of our lighthearted way to encourage engagement.
